I routinely visit Jennifer for Acupuncture treatments and asked to try the light therapy . I was suffering with Contact Dermatitis on my face and having no relief from topical medications . The light therapy calmed the inflammation and the itching has gone away.. This was the result of 4 Light sessions. I recommend this therapy and Jennifer, to those who suffer with chronic conditions. She is compassionate and will help to improve your overall health and wellbeing.

I have been chasing neck and shoulder pain for three years and after seeing numerous neurologists, orthopedics, etc. it was recommended that I try acupuncture. For someone who has never had acupuncture, I went to my first appointment a bit apprehensive. I met with Jennifer today for the first time after not having a great acupuncture session in years and wanting to find some pain relief from past physical trauma. I walked in with a good feeling based on where I got the recommendation from and it only went up from there. I had my 1st appt with Jennifer today and she is truly an amazing person who listens to your needs empathetically and knows the exact treatment to begin working your garden ( body, spirit and mind).

I am a fibromyalgia sufferer, and have chronic pain in different parts of my body, horrible insomnia and have had trauma over the years. During this session I wasn’t sure what to expect but once Jennifer began the acupuncture treatment I had begun to finally feel some relief more relaxed like I wanted to go to sleep, stress and anxiety level was almost gone and my nasal and throat passage was so clear. I met Jennifer with a list of issues I been having for the last several years. I have been prescribed so many prescriptions over the years from my doctors for suffering from migraines that only left me drowsiness, experiencing nightmare and even hallucinations, but never address the migrain pain or pressure I felt on my head.

Yesterday was my first visit and I can say for the fist time in 7 years I don’t feel the pressure or heaviness on my head. I have been struggling with weight gain due to the different medication that I have been prescribed with low energy and tiredness. Brain fogg and so on. I sought Jennifer’s help while struggling to feel well. I suffer from chronic Lyme disease and the associated poor sleep, darkened mood and painful arthritis that other Lyme sufferers know too well.
